Mano V.S Milk

Quite often, I prepare Latte for a peaceful afternoon. One day, I found that Mano seemed to have lot of interest toward the milk foam floating at the edge of the mug. So, I prepared a small glass of pure milk foam for him.
Many think that cats are mysterious creature. I´d like to think they´re simple and with a straight forward expression. You could easily understand what I mean by looking at their eyes and observe there ¨facial ¨ expressions.

Including their body language.
He shows intensive desire for the milk.

And now, he´s satisfied.
My reward for preparing milk for him, is this cute look on his face and that satisfaction revealed from his eyes.

The temptation is too strong that he just can´t stop.

He created the first milk-fall in the cat´story

Mano OS :
¨O...K...¨, ¨I think I just had enough¨

They also say that cats are very greedy for food and don´t know their limitation. Surprisingly, Mano knows where the line is.

This could be the last time we gave Mano milk. Just the day after these pictures taken, we went to a vet, who confirmed that Mano has Osteochondrodysplasia , a genetic disease for Scottish Fold Cat ( or a breed from which). Mano can not have too much Calcium, and more, we need to control his weight in order to lessen the pressure to his limbs and toes.

The arrival of Mano

Last year (2007), August 12th, I met him at a pet shop in Taoyuan City. He is a Scottish Fold (Short Hair). That very day, I brought him home. He has eyes that can conquer all men and women.
He was really a little one, only 5-month old. Before that day, he lived only in a cage. He was very curious about the new place, and couldn't wait to explore the house.

Maybe, even the water out off the cage tasted better ? He gulped down lots of water after a little safari in the house.

And ... he got tired and decided to rest on my newly bought Delongi Caf'e machine.

Not a problem at all to fit in the environment. He sleeps in all corners in the house.
